Thank you for registering your child for United Shalom Pentecostal Church Liverpool’s Vacation Bible School 2026. We are delighted to welcome your child for two days of Bible teaching, worship, activities, friendship and fun. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to help us provide a safe, enjoyable and well-organised experience for every child.
1. Attendance & Participation
- VBS is open to children and young people from all backgrounds.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children arrive and are collected on time.
- Children are expected to participate respectfully in the activities and follow the guidance of VBS leaders and volunteers.
2. Safety & Wellbeing
- The safety and wellbeing of every child is our priority.
- Parents or guardians must provide accurate medical, allergy and emergency contact information during registration.
- If a child becomes unwell or requires attention, the parent or guardian may be contacted immediately.
- Children must not leave the premises during VBS unless collected by an authorised adult.
3. Behaviour & Conduct
- We encourage kindness, respect, teamwork and positive behaviour throughout VBS.
- Disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in a parent or guardian being contacted.
- VBS leaders reserve the right to take appropriate action to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
4. Photography & Media Consent
- Photos and videos may be taken during VBS for church-related purposes, including website, social media, church presentations and future promotional materials.
- Parents or guardians must indicate their consent preferences on the registration form.
- Children whose parents have not given media consent will not be intentionally photographed or featured in promotional content.
5. Personal Belongings
- Children should only bring necessary items such as water bottles, packed food where required, and medication if applicable.
- United Shalom Pentecostal Church Liverpool cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or misplaced personal belongings.
- Valuable items should not be brought to VBS unless absolutely necessary.
6. Food, Allergies & Medication
- Parents or guardians must inform the VBS team of any food allergies, dietary requirements or medical conditions before the event.
- Any required medication must be clearly labelled and handed to the responsible VBS team member with written instructions.
- Children should not share food with others due to allergy and safeguarding considerations.
7. Parental Agreement
- By submitting the registration form, parents or guardians confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
- Parents or guardians agree to these terms and understand that they are intended to support the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of all children attending VBS 2026.
