Thank you for registering your child for USPC Liverpool’s Vacation Bible School (VBS) 2025 – ILLUMINATE. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review the following simple terms and conditions:

1. Attendance & Participation

VBS is a free event open to all children and youth.
Parents/guardians are responsible for dropping off and picking up their child on time.
Children are expected to participate in activities, be respectful, and follow the guidance of VBS leaders.

2. Safety & Well-being

Our team is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and faith-filled environment.
If a child has any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs, parents/guardians must inform us in advance.
In case of an emergency, basic first aid will be provided, and parents will be contacted immediately.

3. Photo & Video Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during VBS for church related purposes (e.g., website, social media, church bulletin).
Parents can opt out of media consent on the registration form.

4. Behaviour & Conduct

We encourage kindness, teamwork, and respect toward others.
Any disruptive behaviour may require a parent/guardian to be contacted.

5. Personal Belongings

Children should only bring necessary items (e.g., water bottles, medication if needed).
The church is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

6. Parental Agreement

By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these terms, ensuring a positive experience for all children at VBS 2025.
