Our Mission and Purpose

Mission and Beliefs
Mission

To Strengthen Believers in Christ’s Knowledge

To edify and guide believers in their spiritual journey by encouraging regular, systematic, and balanced study of the Word of God, prayer, fasting, and fellowship. This leads to spiritual growth and becoming heirs to eternity.

“Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.” (2 Peter 3:18)

To Expand the Kingdom of God

To take the Gospel of Christ to the ends of the earth, reaching the unreached and establishing churches. Our mission is to preach and teach every individual, presenting them perfect in Christ Jesus.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.” (Matthew 28:19)

To Equip the Next Generation

To nurture godly values in children by conducting Sunday School and youth activities. Equip every child to serve the Lord, creating a lasting spiritual impact on the next generation.

“Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6)

To Promote Worship and Christian Fellowship

To meet weekly for worship, prayer, Bible study, and the observance of the Lord’s Supper, thereby fostering a spirit of unity and faith among believers.

“Let us not neglect meeting together, as some have made a habit, but let us encourage one another.” (Hebrews 10:25)

To Prepare Labourers for the End-Time Harvest

To train and provide opportunities to those called for ministry and prepare them for the great end-time harvest.

“The harvest is plentiful, but the labourers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into His harvest.” (Luke 10:2)

To Promote Giving and Mission Work

To solicit, receive, and maintain funds or property for the advancement of the church’s mission. These resources are used to support ministry, outreach, and missionaries preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ across the world.

“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” (2 Corinthians 9:7)
Beliefs

The Authority of the Bible

We believe the Bible is the fully inspired, infallible Word of God, without error, and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness.” (2 Timothy 3:16)

The Trinity

We believe in one God, existing eternally in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—co-equal in glory and majesty.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” (Matthew 28:19)

The Deity and Humanity of Jesus Christ

We believe in Jesus Christ’s virgin birth, His sinless life, His atoning death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to heaven. He is both fully God and fully man.

“For in Him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell.” (Colossians 1:19)

The Work of the Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit’s work of conviction, regeneration, sanctification, and empowerment of believers. Through Him, we are gifted for ministry and service.

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses.” (Acts 1:8)

The Sinfulness of Humanity and Salvation

We believe all have sinned and fall short of God’s glory. Salvation is through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, made possible by His grace.

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.” (Ephesians 2:8)

The Church and Its Mission

We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers, forming the Body of Christ. The Church is commissioned to proclaim the Gospel, heal the broken, and meet the spiritual and physical needs of humanity.

“Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.” (1 Corinthians 12:27)

The Ordinances of the Church

We believe in water baptism as a testimony of faith and obedience, and in the observance of the Lord’s Supper in remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice.

“Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins.” (Acts 2:38)
“Do this in remembrance of me.” (1 Corinthians 11:24)

The Return of Christ

We believe in the personal, visible return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the dead, and the final judgment. The righteous will inherit eternal life, and the wicked will face eternal separation from God.

“Look, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him.” (Revelation 1:7)
“Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.” (Matthew 25:46)
